At Fatboy Mini BMX, we want you to be stoked with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you get back to the park as quickly as possible.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Mini BMX or parts in the original box, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
